Hotel Terms & Conditions

Reservations at Serene Beach Resort require full payment at booking unless otherwise stated. Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards or bank transfers. Rates are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless specified. Cancellations are free within 3 days; no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Modifications depend on availability and may incur fees.

2. Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is from 1:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges. Guests must present valid identification at check-in.

3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for damages to resort property. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor areas; designated areas are provided. Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with prior approval.

4. Resort Policies
